Thanks to Steven the Buddha Root for reminding me of the Flip Flop mix, which also has some summer connotations and vibrations. Steve was one of the key people who inspired me to start mixing in the first place, and we used to throw down in probably Iowa’s first underground “pre-rave” parties in Decorah, Iowa basements in 1990. Since I haven’t had time to make new stuff much lately, I figure I’ll just keep posting from the seemingly endless pit of things that I did with myself in the 90’s and early 2000’s.
